Conditional breakpoint problem

I am trying to use a conditional breakpoint, but it is breaking everytime.

I have this code:

DistanceToavoidObst = VSize2D(AiVehicle.Location - oldgoodPathTargetVec ); 
// breakpoint here:  DistanceToavoidObst <= 1000.0
if (DistanceToavoidObst <= 200.0) 
{ 
	oldgoodPathTargetVec = goodPathTargetVec; 
	avoidObst.MyNewLocation(goodPathTargetVec);
} 

But, is breaking everytime. And when it breaks, I look at the DistanceToavoidObst value, and it has 1605.39, for example.What am I missing here?
