Install Locations

I just found this IDE and like the looks on the home page. Not sure I have seen much info on this in the UDK forums.

I didn't want to post an issue until I checked first. But I am back into programming/game design for now after a long health battle. For me I do not use the default UDK install "C:\UDK....."  I use a different drive and actually have a drive for each game engine I use.

Is it possible to use this in a non-standard UDK installation? So far I have not found a setting change and I get a blank startup page.

Hi Randy, No it is not possible to use it with non-standard location of UDK folders because I am using one path which you select in installation to locate Development/Src folder to read source code and Binary/Win32 folder to run udk.exe to compile.

Thanks Alex, I realized that the way it was setup after going through the install. Thanks for the reply.
