Will this work with VS2010 Premium/Ultimate?

Does it work with nFringe?

When I start debugging, does the debugger start the game?

1) This is not working with VS2010 Premium/Ultimate because it is using VS2010 Isolated Shell (which is the same as VS2010 Premium/Ultimate) but theoretically it can work with VS2010 Premium/Ultimate. In future if there is enough need for it I will write an installer for VS2010 Premium/Ultimate as well.

2) No, it is not working with nFringe

at this moment it does not support starting debugging from the Unreal IDE Shell but it will do it in the next build. To start debugging process you need to start udk.exe and trigger a debugger event from game or from a command line.

Can you tell me if you are considering to integrate this with VS2010 by now?

Originally I was writing the program for Visual Studio 2010 but a lot of people didn't have Visual Studio 2010 so I decided to use Visual Studio 2010 Isolated Shell which is free and has all needed functionality. Maybe in future I will test it against Visual Studio 2010 if demand will be high.
